Scomi's businesses are mostly from outside malaysia. only recently on Penang monorail that they've tried to participate. in fact, they've received LOI already. Whether that LOI will materialize to LOA or not, nobody knows. But one thing that i know well is Penang definitely needed a proper public transport. I think it is rebounding from its low.
