SUNWAY CITY BERHAD (SUNCITY)

2Q08 result for SUNCITY was up on revaluation of its properties.
NTA is up from RM3.16/share to RM3.51/share.
However, it says that even excluding the revaluation, its profit increased. It's good to hear this.
No dividend announced for this quarter.
Its share price still on downtrend.
